This site was such a gift during the darkest days of the COVID-19 pandemic, when there wasn't much life beyond the window. I know that I have not completely processed that time and perhaps never will. But I am grateful for what this site brought to me and to my mom, now 86.

This page was a way to see places from all over the world. There were some views that I saved to put on my bucket list. Different towns and cities that I never would have thought of if it wasn't for this page.

Firstly a huge thank you to Barbara for this inspirational idea, and to the team who supported this group. Every day I've looked forward to new posts and exchanging comments with other members. It's also been educational as I've looked up just where some of these views have come from. I will sorely miss VFMW; I feel grateful to have been part of it.
