Thank you for enabling us to connect with so many wonderful places and homes and more importantly, the caring and loving people who live in them… when the world was closed, and we were lonely, you gave us the opportunity to make connections, that were warm, kind and thoughtful across the globe…I will miss this shared spirit of humanity and compassion that was forged. Thank you Barbara and all the others who worked so hard to make ‘view from my window’ something for us to cherish through covid and beyond. ♥️

Thanks to each and everyone out there who have shared not only their 'window' views, but their joys, hopes and dreams as well whilst the world stood still. Far and away, the best Facebook group ever! It will be missed but never forgotten. Thank you!

I joined this group near the end, unfortunately, but have appreciated it immensely in the short time I was a member. Really nice to see everyday moments from around the world without politics, religion or rascism!

Thank you for offering this site so we could all get a glimpse into others daily lives. It made me so happy to see how so many people, all around the world, value and want the same thing - peace and safety for all. Thank you again.

Thank you for having a constant reminder that the world isn't as big as we feel sometimes. We are all connected by our humanity. How lucky are we to have had that reminder.

I have enjoyed every single one of the posts on this page. They brightened the days when I felt isolated and frightened by the pandemic and I continued to delight in the posts until the very end. Thank you for putting us in touch with each other through our photos.

View From My Window brought our world closer together during a very dark time and continues to be a beacon of light. I was honored to have my backyard fountain and Japanese maple tree featured 2 years ago. Thank you administrators for all your hard work all these years. It was so appreciated.
