VFMW, for me, made the Covid lockdowns easier to handle. Every morning I looked forward to seeing pictures of people's views from their part of the world. I have loved seeing every photo since and will miss seeing new views.

This group kept so many of us connected during a very scary and lonely time in history. I met people from all over the world. I will miss everyone greatly. Maybe it’s time to take the live we have and spread it to everyone starting on our own street going out to the world. Thank you for the kindness you shared

VFMW offered a refreshing look beyond our own walls - a highlight each day - and helped connect us through the 2020 pandemic isolation. Then in 2022 when Ukraine was attacked, we were able to see and hear from those inside that country. Many thanks for the opportunity to “meet” people from all over the world. It was a good thing you did…. ❤️

View From MY Window has been a beautiful community to be a part of the past three years. Seeing the world through the eyes of members sharing the everyday views has been truly meaningful, and an insightful connector/reminder of the human capacity to connect through story telling. I feel each picture was like a true story.

This was such an amazing site for all to visit and see such wonderful photos of our new friends/neighbors from all around the world! I am so sad it has come to an end. Hopefully as a person of the love of the great outdoors, I can say I xarry so many photos in my mind of a place in time when we were pretty much all frozen. Thank you for your time and patience for keeping us together!
