I have missed VFMW but I totally understand and agree with the ending of it. It was for "a time such as this" and it filled a great need during its time. Thank-you to all who made it happen!

I’ve enjoyed this group and will miss seeing daily posts. It was a great way to get thru Covid. Every morning I looked forward to seeing what people had posted all over the world.🫶🏻❤️

I miss this page. There are others now but they don't embody the spirit of this one...with views from one's own home. It was a treasured retreat during a difficult time and beyond. Thank you to those who created, those who administrated, and those who shared. 💕

An extraordinary group created during a time of global isolation. I absolutely loved visiting the group every day, for the views, the uplifting comments, the caring wishes. I can believe that the group was real and positive support to many who would otherwise have felt so alone. Although I only submitted one photo, I certainly enjoyed the hundreds that I viewed and commented on. Thank you everyone in admin for your dedication and love for your fellow man.

What an adventure been able to travel the world with you and so many others. Hidden gems and unknown places. Simple and expansive views.My heart goes out to those, who for them, the world from their window is not always beautiful, some have frightening and tragic views. So really appreciate the view I and so many others are blessed to have.

I just thought the other day how I haven’t seen a post from view from my window in a while. I just searched it on Facebook and I’m sad to learn it has closed. I felt such a connection in so many vast countries that I have never visited and truly enjoyed it, I think it should be kept going since we really need peace in this world. But I understand it’s volunteer time, and time is very valuable in today’s times.

I enjoyed View From My Window so much. It was an amazing connnection time with people I would have never interacted with and views of life in places that I will never see in person. What a gift. I'm sorry to see that it has closed down. 🙁
